Supplier-Managed Services

Flights, accommodations, and many travel services are fulfilled by third-party suppliers that manage inventory, schedules, and final service delivery.

T360 cannot guarantee uninterrupted supplier operations or availability.

Operational and External Disruptions

Delays or disruptions may result from weather, regulatory actions, airport constraints, labor events, geopolitical conditions, health advisories, or supplier decisions.

Documentation and Entry Responsibility

Travelers are solely responsible for carrying valid documents and meeting immigration, customs, and health entry requirements.

Denied boarding or denied entry due to traveler documentation issues is not covered by platform liability.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for medical, cancellation, delay, baggage, and interruption risks.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, T360 is not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, or supplier-caused outcomes outside our direct control.
