Acceptance and Scope
By using T360 websites, apps, or support channels, you agree to these Terms and all referenced policies.
These Terms apply to account creation, browsing, booking, payment, and post-booking requests.
OTA Role and Supplier Terms
T360 acts as an intermediary for many travel products. Airlines, hotels, and other suppliers set their own service conditions, which remain binding.
Supplier rules may cover fare restrictions, date changes, baggage, check-in windows, no-show outcomes, and refund eligibility.
Pricing, Payment, and Verification
Displayed prices can change until booking is completed and confirmed. Taxes, fees, and service charges are shown during checkout where applicable.
T360 may perform payment and identity checks to prevent fraud, unauthorized use, and chargeback abuse.
Changes, Cancellations, and No-Show
Change or cancellation requests are processed based on supplier policy and ticket or booking conditions.
No-show cases may result in full or partial forfeiture, depending on the booked product.
Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for entering accurate traveler details and carrying valid passport, visa, and travel documentation.
Incorrect traveler data may lead to reissue penalties, denied boarding, or cancellation without refund eligibility.
Liability, Force Majeure, and Disputes
T360 is not liable for supplier-side disruptions such as schedule changes, overbooking, operational restrictions, weather events, government actions, or force majeure events outside our control.
Disputes should first be raised through support with full evidence so investigation and escalation can be completed.
